With over 300 customers and more than 150,000 registered end-users, Axxerion is a fast growing company and IT market leader in the Facility Management and Real Estate software segment around the globe. Customers include CBRE Global Investors, KPMG, Rabobank, Facilicom, and Liberty Global. Axxerion’s products are used to optimize and automate functional areas such as facility management, property & maintenance management and contract management.

Main Capital has acquired b+m Informatik AG (b+m), that develops innovative software for banks and insurance companies and serves the German financial sector as a full-service provider. By taking over b+m from the publicly listed Allgeier SE, Main Capital has positioned itself in the Fintech segment in Germany. As an investor in established software companies, Main Capital will support b+m in extending profitable growth and further development of the banking and insurance software suite. Regas and Daarwin engage in cooperation

Regas and Daarwin are joining forces, with the combination resulting in a key software player in specific care segments in the DACH and Benelux regions. The individually strong current offerings will continue to be developed by the respective companies, with significant value added to the joint proposition through mutual reinforcement. The cooperation seeks to address regional differences within various care segments and leverage solutions surrounding commonalities. Strong growth for Main Software 50

Main Software 50 (2015 edition) – software companies have continued to show a strong and profitable growth: 50% of the participants is growing over 20% annually. Yesterday the successful award show of the Main software 50 took place at the Harbourclub Amsterdam. The number of participants increased with more than 21% compared to last year. As in previous editions, software companies competed for the award of most successful software company in the Netherlands. The host of the event was René de Monchy (BNR Newsradio) and our keynote speaker was Peter Jacobs (CIO of ING Netherlands).
