By combining their activities, the new group can offer its customers even better in the future. Thereby Roxit and Green Valley largely remain independent, each with its own focus on individual products.
Professional business system remains crucial Rob van Tiel, Director of Business Development at Roxit, thinks it is a logical step to join forces: For Roxit, as a supplier of software for licensing and enforcement, a business system is a crucial matter. The combination of a business system and a customer service system (front office) is currently a “must have”. Until now, Roxit was lacking this and Green Valley showed to be a renowned player in terms of front-office software. Both our customers and ourselves can benefit from the combination. For Green Valley, Roxit is an attractive player, according to director Rens Boogerd. He says: The portfolio of both companies complement each other very well. Roxit and Green Valley are a very strong duo, of which all our customers will experience the benefits.
Focus on customer service The management team of both companies is convinced that a partnership will offer benefits, but that the daily focus must remain on customer service. Rob Steneker, CEO of Roxit: Roxit and Green Valley will act as a combination in the market, but remain independent. Where needed, both companies will cooperate together and customers can be offered a combined portfolio. We can strengthen each other by looking how we can further improve our efficiency and the quality of our products and services. But in doing so we want both companies to keep their own focus. Main Capital Main Capital has bought Roxit Group in July of this year. The management of Roxit acquired a minority stake. Main Capital is investing additional capital in Roxit Group in order to finance this acquisition.
