Researchbureau Gartner has estimated that the worldwide spending on enterprise software will be $ 120 miljard in 2012. This represents a 4,5 % growth relative to 2011. The largest segments are ERP with revenues of $ 25bn, office suites ($ 16,5 miljard), Business Intelligence ($ 13 miljard) and CRM ($ 13 miljard).
