Main Capital has acquired a majority stake in managed hosting provider Denit Hosting Solutions. Main Capital will support Denit actively in expanding its market with a focus on IT and software companies. We will strive for autonomous growth and selective add-on acquisitions. Since 1999, Denit has built a leading position in the managed hosting industry. By constantly focusing on innovative products and services, such as Virtual Datacenter, Denit has built a strong customer base. Denit’s strength lies mainly in the high level of specialized technical knowledge, customer focus and excellent quality of service.
The services provided by Denit are characterized by high performance and availability with the highest possible security standards.
