Main Capital has acquired a substantial stake in the fast-growing Saas software company artegic AG. artegic provides a SaaS-based marketing automation solution for medium to large enterprises.
With more than 2.7 billion messages send per month through artegic´s technology in 141 countries and reaching more than 82 percent of German internet users, artegic is market leading German marketing automation software provider. Their customer base includes triple A clients such as Payback, real,-, BURDA and BMW. artegic’s multi award winning software, ELAINE, supports customers in preparing and automatically executing highly complex digital marketing campaigns in real-time.
ELAINE is cloud-based, scalable and offers real-time capabilities. The software is available in multiple languages and is already used in several countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden and UK. ELAINE offers an extensive range of functionalities including a drag & drop campaign designer, multi-channel campaign execution and real-time analytics. The software package is used over a wide range of industries.
Main Capital will actively support artegic in international growth and expansion of the product portfolio. An important pillar in this growth strategy is selective acquisitions. In addition, more focus will be laid on strengthening the organizations as well developing innovative solutions for the market.
