Optimizers is an innovative provider of Saas-based software solutions and mobile apps for Supply Chain and Logistics marketsFrom operating offices in The Netherlands, Sweden and the US, Optimizers serves over 750 international wholesale and trade companies. Example customers include PostNL, Ahold and BFG.
Collaboration Eezeebee – Optimizers
Eezeebee is a leading vendor of a multi-tenant Saas e-Commerce and PIM solutions that allows customers to operate a flexible multi-channel e-commerce strategy. The solutions are rich in functionalities and can be integrated with a wide range of back-office ERP systems. Current customer base of Eezeebee consists of 100 mostly wholesale customers, across various industry segments, such as Cars Jeans & Casuals and FILA. The combined company will have more than 60 employees and approaches the EUR 10m revenue range.
Both founders of Eezeebee Michael van der Knoop and Jeroen ten Napel, will stay on board as part of the management team and will continue as shareholder of the group.
