Software vendors and Actuera Quinity join forces. The new joint group will be named Keylane. Together, the companies will have to make their European growth ambitions come true. Keylane should become a major player in the European market for standard software for insurance companies and pension funds. The companies will continue to operate under their own name in the Dutch market.
